Aspire dental was great. From the moment I made my appointment with Cate all through the time when I left. I was greated cheerfully by Lucia, who is also bilingual (big plus in the area), who welcomed me into the office. She helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork. Veronica brought me back to take x-rays and photos of my teeth. Never had photos of my teeth before. She then proceeded to show me my teeth on the monitor. I never saw my teeth like that before. Dr. Siddiqui then came into the room and introduced himself. He was very friendly. He discussed everything with me until I was satisfied. He is very knowledgeable. He seems to do some procedures that my previous dentists do not do. He almost seems like a specialist. I wish I came here before. Lucia then brought me to a room where she went over all the treatment that I needed and discussed my insurance and also offered me financing. Wow. I was never offered financing before. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend Aspire Dental to anyone. Thank you Aspire Dental.
I accidentally just entered the office of Dr. Hoffman one day this past summer as I was lost looking for another office in the plaza. I was greeted very pleasantly and the feel of what people fear as a dentist office was not present...she directed me to where I needed to be and I asked the receptionist if they are taking new patients, she smiled and said YES and handed me a business card..I thanked her and said I will be back!! I made it finally to my other appointment and came home and called the number on the business card she gave me and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman and his entire staff of professionals to take care of your dental needs!! They have ALL been amazing.
Dr Hoffman's office staff is always pleasant and helpful. I like the way they remind me of appointments with text messages. The hygiene assistants are very thorough with cleanings. They always make sure that I am not in discomfort and take care to answer any questions I might have. Dr Hoffman is very, very knowledgeable and has the ability to take a complex issue and explain it in easily understandable concepts. His dental equipment is state of the art which allows him to do procedures in the office in one day instead of a few weeks.
We were on vacation when we called Dr. Hoffman's office about mouth pain from a root canal performed in NJ. Got an immediate appointment. Doctor Hoffman was thorough and professional. Diagnosed a continued bone infection combined with a leaking root canal and PERMANENT cap installed months earlier. One appointment later repaired the infection and botched root canal. Dr. Hoffman's temp cap was in place until he was sure the infection was gone, then he built on site a perfect permanent cap to finish the procedure. He spent all day on my honey's smile. Was it cheap? No, but we will tell you this. It was cheaper than the botched cap job charges from our NJ dentist and the orthodontics referral mill they sent us to. Everyone was great. THey helped with a credit option. None of any dental work was covered by our insurance and we are still paying it down. CHeap might be good when getting gas or tuna fish. Don't expect cheap when sick. Look for quality reviews like we did when on vacation. DO it right once. It will cost you half as much in the long run. Don't shoot the messenger for your health or your loved one's, you will be lonely or worse. Thanks Hoffman Dental.
